It takes more than a degree to get a job.

By becoming a Pace Mentor, you can use your life experience, career skills, and network to connect VCU students to the resources they need to inform

their career trajectory.

After filling out our survey,

we'll connect you to a student interested in your field.

The Pace Mentoring Program helps you (VCU student/recent alum) build networks by connecting you to those in the greater Richmond community who can help guide your civic and professional aspirations.

The Mentoring Program

is all about developing relationships and helping you identify and discover assets (gifts, skills, passions, experience, and networks) that can support your goals.
