Everyone has unique gifts—but sometimes it takes practice and reflection to recognize them. The Pace Discernment Badge Training will help you identify the strengths you bring to your community and how to use them with confidence. Over dinner during this peer-led training, you’ll learn practical ways to reflect on your experiences, name your gifts, and see how they connect to leadership and belonging. Open to all VCU students—come as you are, leave with clarity about your gifts and how you can share them.
